Post from California

Sitting right now looking over the North and Middle Forks of the American River. Way off in the distance is the High Sierra. It is a beautiful morning awaiting a traverse in one canyon below.

And in this modern world, I am cleaning email and thinking about web page design - posting this anyway. The river will be more fun but perhaps this will be a nice note about a day in California.

I realize I have not even posted a picture to this layout yet. There are several tasks to do in short order just now.

Will follow on that now.
